Another great day in Mad Max's Thunderdome, the art cars are really beyond creative,
vehicles decorated like spiders, cats, elephants, sperm, naked ladies, pirate ships, flying carpets,
sulton's palace, on and on..
We spent the morning chilling in Kidville, riding bikes, trampoline, light saber play, dodgeball and
whatever else they dream up, i visited a bit and met a few folks. We spent the afternoon randomly
roaming the playa, boys in the bike trailer, drinking lots of water and seeing all the theme camps.
We got head massages, made mandalas, did some hooping, drank lemonade and did some swinging,
got faces painted, and did some treasure hunting and gift exchange. People are so happy to see my
kids here, the are so welcomed and loved, many folks tell me they have kids but did not bring them and
they are so happy to see my kids and they want to bring their kids but haven't yet. it is a hard call to make,
i think, do whatever i want and party all night long.. or take care of my kids all week. For me it is pretty easy,
i am very much enjoying the day time activities and really love seeing all the color and expression through their
eyes.
Today i think we will check out Whoville and hear some Suess, make a pole for fire twirling, see some awesome fire
shows tonight, go to the circus, ride on an art car and go on a scavenger hunt.. but it is a loose plan.. the best kind..
